WP1 – Project Management
In the ITOSA project are included four work packages (WPs) which are:
- WP1: Project Management
- WP2: Training programme for seniors’ educators
- WP3: Toolkit for involving seniors in civic participation
- WP4: Collecting good practices and dissemination of the project results
In the WP1, the following activities will be conducted:
- Compilation of a general organization chart concerning the tasks and responsibilities of all partners and a partner contact list during the Kick-off.
- Promotion of the project: inform local networks and stakeholders about the objectives, target group, activities and expected results of the project
- Organisation of planned local and transnational meetings
