Transnational Project Meetings
KICK-OFF MEETING
DATES: 12-13 December 2022
VENUE: Krakow, Poland
Between the 12th – 13th of December 2022, the Kick-off meeting for the Erasmus+ KA2 Adult project ITOSA: Innovative Techniques of Seniors Activation, was organized in Krakow, Poland. During the meeting, the project overview was presented, a detailed analysis of the Work Packages including the training programme for seniors’ educators, the toolkit for involving seniors in civic participation, dissemination strategy and administration tasks. The initial tasks were set and deadlines were set for the project. All partners are feeling motivated to start working on this really promising project!
Second Transnational Project Meeting
DATES: 22-23 May 2023
VENUE: Sofia, Bulgaria
The Second Transnational Project Meeting was held in a hybrid format (in Sofia, Bulgaria, and online) on May 22nd and 23rd 2023. During the meeting, the consortium discussed the current state of the project and the next steps.
On the first day Continuum presented the e-learning platform and the structure of the training modules based on the 1st module of training (methodology of teaching seniors). The partners discussed the guidelines for preparing their modules.
We also discussed the Toolkit for involving seniors in civic participation: structure, methodology, and action plan. They were presented by Continuum and MaPa.
The second day was dedicated to the Quality and Evaluation plan, the Dissemination and administrative issues.
During the breaks we had some teambuilding activities which contributed to the bonding and getting to know the partners.
Third Transnational Project Meeting
DATES: 30-31 October 2023
VENUE: Nicosia, Cyprus
The Third Transnational Project Meeting was held blended in Nicosia, Cyprus on the 30th and 31st of October 2023. During the meeting, the main points of discussion were the methodologies developed for adult trainers to help seniors become active citizens.
Partners also discussed about the Moodle platform that will host the FREE training programme for seniors’ educators, and the toolkit for involving seniors in civic participation.
On the second day, the last points of discussion were dissemination strategy, quality and project management tasks. Lastly, the first training for educators, which will be held in Belgrade on April 2024, was discussed and initially planned the agenda, info pack, etc.
Fourth Transnational Project Meeting
DATE: 11 April 2024
VENUE: Belgrade, Serbia
On the 11th of April, partners had the fourth TPM of the project, during which they discussed the pending tasks and the upcoming trainings, one in Trevisio (Italy) and one in Ljubljana (Slovenia). They also shared their feedback about the training in Belgrade and discussed dissemination and quality of the project.
Fifth Transnational Project Meeting
DATE: 11th October 2024
VENUE: Krakow, Poland
On the 11th of October, partners had the fifth TPM of the project, during which they discussed the training for adult educators that was completed the previous days by MaPa, presented the progress made in the past few months related to the methodologies and dissemination and discussed on the upcoming tasks.
Sixth Transnational Project Meeting
DATE: 4th April 2025
VENUE: Ljubljana, Slovenia
On the 4th of April 2025, partners had the sixth Transnational Project Meeting in Ljubljana and discussed the updates of the project, mainly the testing of all materials developed by adult educators and seniors in all countries. Deadlines were set and next steps were decided.
